Ketrina Dobson – Director
Ketrina is an experienced Support Coordinator (Level 2 and 3) with a strong background in supporting people living with disabilities, families, and service providers to navigate the NDIS and achieve meaningful outcomes. With two decades of experience across disability services, finance, and administration, Ketrina brings a highly organised, compassionate, and person-centred approach to her work.
Top End Support Coordination has been operating since 2020, supporting NDIS participants across the Northern Territory and has been a registered NDIS provider since commencing operations. Ketrina is committed to delivering quality, personalised support that empowers participants to have choice, control, and confidence in managing their NDIS journey.
Ketrina holds a Certificate III in Community Services (CHC32015) and has completed specialist training in Intensive Support Coordination and Complex Support Coordination. She continues to expand her professional knowledge through her Bachelor of Social Work studies at Charles Darwin University.
Ketrina has extensive experience supporting participants with complex needs, assisting individuals to build capacity, understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with appropriate supports, and maintain choice and control over their lives. She has strong knowledge of NDIS processes, price guides, support categories, policies, and procedures, ensuring participants receive informed and effective support.
Alongside her professional experience, Ketrina brings a personal understanding of disability through her hands-on experience supporting family members living with Autism, ADHD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Central Auditory Processing Disorder, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Behaviours of Concern and psychosocial disabilities. This lived experience has provided her with a deeper understanding of the everyday challenges, strengths, and achievements of people living with disabilities and their families.
With a background in finance and administration, Ketrina offers strong skills in budgeting, planning, documentation, and problem-solving. She is committed to building genuine relationships, advocating for participants, and working collaboratively with families, guardians, and providers to support people in achieving their goals and living the life they choose.
